How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not us — so they're managed in your App Store or Play Store account.
iPhone: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → MaunaPet → Cancel.
Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MaunaPet.
You'll keep premium until the end of the billing period.

How do I delete my account?
Open the app and go to Profile → Account → Delete Account. You'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm. Once confirmed, your account, pet profiles, health records and chat history are permanently deleted from our active servers within 30 days. Any active App Store or Google Play subscription must be canceled separately in that store.
Is my pet's data secure?
Yes. We use HTTPS / TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and we don't sell or share your data with advertisers. The full breakdown lives in our Privacy Policy.
I forgot my password — what do I do?
On the login screen, tap Forgot password. We'll send a reset link to your email. For security, the message is generic — it won't reveal whether the email is in our system.
Can I export my pet's records?
Yes. Premium users can generate a clean PDF report directly inside the app — perfect for sharing with the vet or keeping a backup.
Is the AI assistant medically certified?
No — and on purpose. The AI is built to help you understand symptoms, prepare for vet visits, and organize records. It always recommends consulting a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions, and flags symptoms that need urgent attention.
