MaunaPet publishes articles and tools to help owners organize pet care, understand common questions, and prepare for conversations with their veterinarian.
Who publishes the content
Articles attributed to MaunaPet are publisher content. This attribution does not imply that a licensed veterinarian wrote or independently reviewed the article. We do not currently identify a veterinary reviewer for these pages.
Sources and dates
Selected health articles link to veterinary manuals, veterinary associations, university veterinary centers, and public-health agencies. References appear beside relevant statements or in a sources section. A link-check date describes when those links were checked, rather than the date of a complete medical review.
Source coverage is still being expanded. A reference supports the associated topic or statement; it does not certify every claim on the page. The original publication date and the latest editorial revision date are separate.
Medical articles and calculators
Articles, AI answers, and calculator results provide general education. They do not establish a diagnosis, prescribe medication, or replace examination by a veterinarian. Estimates can vary with the animal, ingredient, product, and local guidance. A vaccination planner does not determine legal requirements in every country.
For suspected poisoning, inability to urinate, collapse, breathing difficulty, or other urgent symptoms, contact a veterinarian promptly. Do not delay care to use a tool or follow an article.
Product comparisons
MaunaPet publishes comparisons that include its own app and has a commercial interest in it. These pages describe features and use cases; they are not independent product tests. Features, prices, and store ratings can change. Confirm current details with the provider or app store.

To report an inaccurate statement or broken reference, use MaunaPet support and include the page URL, the statement, and a supporting source where possible.
